Our Process

How Our ITAD Process Works

A transparent, five-step process that ensures every asset is handled securely, compliantly, and responsibly — from your door to final disposition.

Step by Step

Five Steps to Complete Asset Lifecycle Management

01

Assessment & Scheduling

We begin with a no-obligation consultation to understand your asset volume, data sensitivity, and compliance requirements. Our team then schedules a convenient pickup time.

02

Secure Collection & Transport

Our GPS-tracked vehicles and uniformed, security-screened technicians collect your assets. Every item is logged, tagged, and sealed in tamper-evident packaging.

03

Certified Data Destruction

At our secure facility, every storage device undergoes NIST SP 800-88 compliant sanitization or physical destruction. A Certificate of Data Destruction with serial numbers is generated.

04

Refurbishment, Remarketing & Recycling

Serviceable equipment is graded, refurbished, and remarketed to maximize value recovery. Assets that cannot be reused are responsibly recycled through our R2-certified process.

05

Reporting & Certification

You receive a comprehensive final report: itemized asset inventory, Certificates of Data Destruction, environmental diversion data, and value recovery accounting.

Why the Right Process Matters

Improper IT asset disposal exposes organizations to data breaches, regulatory fines, and reputational damage. In Canada, PIPEDA and provincial privacy legislation impose strict obligations on how personal and confidential data is handled throughout its lifecycle — including at end-of-life. A certified, documented ITAD process transforms a compliance risk into a strategic advantage.
